A Throng of One: (Looking Back on 2012)
New Year’s Eve. It’s that time of year again. Time for looking back. For taking stock. Reflecting. For planning the year to come. A new timetable. Resolutions. Surprise, surprise; there were many goals I didn’t reach in 2012. Instead of … Continue reading

Tracy Shave(s)
You wouldn’t guess from the heading – or the above You Tube video – but this is a second in my promised series of blogs on my trip to the London venue of Art House Co-op’s Sketchbook 2012 tour (Canada … Continue reading
Sandhya Speaks at Art House Co-op’s Sketchbook 2012 Tour Exhibition at Canada Wharf, London
It was the last day of the exhibition. Art House Co-op’s Sketchbook 2012 Tour’s London venue. Canada Wharf Library. The day was cold and wet; I felt drab, but I was determined to get to see the exhibition, no matter my looks or spirits. So I took the miserable train up to dismal London Bridge. The Books of the Dead: 2 (Art House Co-op Limited Edition Sketchbook Project 2012)
I’ve perforce (there’s a word that’s probably classed in the dictionary these days as archaic) been unable to make any entries for a week or so, due to another nail-biting, cliff-hanging deadline. This was Art House Co-op’s ‘Limited Edition Sketchbook … Continue reading
The Books of the Dead: a hurricane, a comet and (of course) UFOs
I’m heading (floundering might be a better word!) towards the deadline – 30 April – for Art House Co-op’s 2012 Limited Edition Sketchbook Project. My entry is preliminary work for the second in my Books of the Dead series. Continue reading

Aftermath (and a tour of my studio)
I avoided missing the deadline, of 31st January, for Art House Co-op’s 2012 Sketchbook Project by 28 minutes. I can be that precise because I looked up at the huge clock in my little local Post Office just as the … Continue reading
