“Every person has the power to make others happy.
Some do it simply by entering a room
others by leaving the room.
Some individuals leave trails of gloom;
others, trails of joy.
Some leave trails of hate and bitterness;
others, trails of love and harmony.
Some leave trails of cynicism and pessimism;
others trails of faith and optimism.
Some leave trails of criticism and resignation;
others trails of gratitude and hope.
What kind of trails do you leave?”

What an interesting question Ann. The trails we leave in life are what has impacted on the people we engage with. One would like to think that have been trails they may wish to follow or that have given them the support to confidently follow their own trail. I can imagine a long philosophical discussion on this question. Good post.

Thanks for reading. I thought the quote worth repeating. I could cringe at some of the trails I’ve left. Talk about a walking disaster.

I think most of us have cringe worthy trails. Thankfully as we get older we can make better choices about the road less taken. Or if we took it why it was not a good idea. Hindsight is a wonderful think, shame we don’t come with foresight.

HIndsight. Well, I can time travel, but I never get to choose the destination. Working on it, and then I will be able to rule the world. Meanwhile, I’ll just keep making crop circles in my sleep.

Those circles fool people don’t they. I’ll keep your secret.

I was kidnapped by aliens and they taught me how to make the circles. 🙂

Ahhh a much sought after skill I am sure. Thankfully they brought you home Ann. Or did they? How can we be sure it is really you not some clone of you? Do you ever find your husband looking at you oddly?

My husband’s always looking at me oddly. 🙂

Could be a clue Ann. Maybe he suspects. Where was he when the aliens took you?
